The Project Account Assistant will oversee the financials of the Formula E account and Motorsport department, including bank and cash reconciliations, cash flow reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Part‑time, 2 days per week. Maternity cover contract for 9 months, based in LIVE·TEAM’s Orpington office on Tuesday and Thursday.
What You Will Be Doing
* Communication with shared services to ensure upcoming payments are to be made
* Raising client invoices (following contracted timeline)
* Raising POs
* Onboarding suppliers
* Project performance analysis
* Supplier support
The Skills And Experience You Need
* Advanced excel skills
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Part qualified or qualified by experience, minimum 5 years
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to follow through on multiple tasks at any one time
* Ability to resolve issues on a timely basis
* Experience of stakeholder management at senior level
