What will I be doing? As the Associate GDCM Property System Specialist, you will follow the approved implementation processes to successfully deploy and install Property, Sales, and/or Revenue systems to our hotel properties globally. You will provide remote/onsite training, system configuration and troubleshooting and will perform these implementation projects after the handover from the Manager or Senior Associate. More Specifically, You Will Liaise with the hotel management team about remote/onsite activities, schedules, and trainings Execute the following scheduled activities: System Database Build, training, Hardware placement / setup and System interfacing Perform system issue resolution by collaborating with the support teams (internal and external) to rectify any support tickets Provide communication with other Implementation team members, including shift and task scheduling Sign off on projects, providing wrap up and handover as per the project plan and task list Maintain your own development and onboarding plans, working with the Senior Associates and management team to achieve full exposure to all implementation project types Attend all internal departmental and training calls, actively participating in information sharing through approved channels Direct Reports: None What are we looking for?
