Your Role
What You’ll Do for Agile Team as Scrum Master
1. As Scrum Master Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
2. Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritised backlog.
3. Remove impediments, coach the team in Scrum best practices, and track delivery progress.
4. Track, analyse and assess test cases (Automated and manual).
5. Track defects through to resolution identifying required regression testing.
6. Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
7. Drive continuous improvement in both delivery processes and software quality.
What you’ll do as Software QA
8. Have a full understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and all its artefacts / Review Assist with production and issuing of Deliverable Documentation.
9. Ensure the Team understand and follow a Software Development Process
10. Understand and Track Requirements through Design, Test and Delivery.
11. Assure Software Quality by ensuring Tools are used and assessment of results (Static Analysis, Code Coverage, Peer Review, Coding Standards)
12. Maintain an independent reporting line on Software Quality to the Project and Higher Management
13. Integrate SQA/PA requirements into the Agile Process
Your Profile
14. At least 2 years experience as a Certified Scrum Master in software development.
15. Full understanding and working experience of the Software Development Lifecycle.
16. Strong background in software testing (manual & automated).
17. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SonarCube, Jenkins,
18. Solid understanding of Agile principles and QA best practices.
19. Great facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
20. Ability to multi Task
