They are currently seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join their growing team in Basingstoke .
About the Role: As a Senior Engineer, you'll take a leading role in delivering infrastructure designs for residential and commercial development projects .
You'll be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting graduates as they develop their design software skills.
What You'll Need: Proven experience in drainage and estate roads/highways design Proficiency in MicroDrainage and/or Civil 3D Strong leadership and project management abilities Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff What's on Offer: Flexible hybrid working (home/office split) 25 days annual leave 4% matched pension contribution Company laptop ICE Training Scheme
