The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Maidstone area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team.
Hours:Monday to Friday, weekends available - afternoons or night shift available full time and part time available
Pay Rate:Twilights (PM SHIFT) £12.73
Nights £13.84
Location:Bury St Endmunds
Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate
The role:
* Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.
* Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
* Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.
* Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
* Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
* Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
