Description Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees. Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
