Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) is a critical component of the WTW Enterprise Delivery Organization (WE DO), comprising

* Corporate Real Estate (CRE): WTW’s real estate strategy, transactions, office designs and construction
* Facilities Services (FS): ongoing office management, maintenance, sustainability, security, and health and safety
* Operations & Information Management (O&IM): financial oversight, workplace data and evaluation, workplace technology, workplace communications and change management

The Role

RE&WS Technology is looking for an Assistant Technology Manager to coordinate, monitor, and deliver workplace technology projects, manage dependencies, track risks, and resolve issues during implementation. Strong relationships with CRE, FS, O&IM, Technology, and other functions—especially in Asia Pacific—are essential.

The successful candidate will represent RE&WS Technology on office transformation projects, execute current methodologies, collect data to influence strategy, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. This role offers career growth through project visibility, skill development, stakeholder management, and project ownership.

* Ownership of workplace technology on designated real estate transformation projects
* Focus on APAC projects; flexibility to work across time zones and occasional travel
* Support the implementation of Freespace, Book-a-Room, Outlook, and Kadence across global projects
* Develop into a Subject Matter Expert for issue resolution
* Maintain relationships with key global vendors, monitor performance
* Contribute to financial controls, governance, and track billing against budgets
* Build relationships with business and function stakeholders
* Create and maintain project reports with KPI metrics
* Track, manage, and mitigate risks and issues, de-escalating as needed

Qualifications

The Requirements

* Extensive enterprise workplace experience, preferably within Real Estate and Workplace Solutions
* Experience with workplace technology solutions such as Freespace, Book-a-Room, Outlook, Kadence
* Established relationships with Facilities Services in London & APAC
* Experience leading workplace transformation projects globally, including technology implementation
* End-user experience with WTW’s finance processes, tools like Ariba, and general ledger coding
* Knowledge of global technology capitalization guidelines
* Experience managing budgets, reporting, and financial principles
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and across cultures; detail-oriented
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively under deadlines
* Network of WTW RE&WS relationships to facilitate delivery
