1. Providing efficient administration and claims support to scheme members and stakeholders
2. Calculating Defined Benefit quotations and ensuring documentation accuracy
3. Supporting manual calculations for new and existing schemes
4. Communicating clearly with customers and third parties to ensure understanding
5. Applying current pensions legislation and best practice in all tasks
6. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
7. Acting as a point of contact for technical queries and supporting team knowledge
8. Promoting good customer outcomes and supporting vulnerable customers
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Understanding of Defined Benefit pension schemes and related legislation
10. Experience in customer service or administration, ideally within financial services
11. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
12. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. A collaborative approach and willingness to support team development
15. A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
16. Pension qualifications (e.g. CII or PMI) or equivalent experience is desirable
