This is a full‑time post working 37.5 hours per week – Office based.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Mandatory Training Team as a Clinical Education Administration / Digital Support Officer.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide cover for the Deputy Mandatory Training Manager and supervise other admin members of the team.
* Assist in the designing of e‑learning products and support the implementation of the software.
* Establish and nurture effective working relationships with managers at all levels, both internally and externally.
* Organise a weekly rota for administrative staff to ensure reception duties are covered at designated Trust sites when required.
* Work on LMSX a training platform to ensure compliance of staff.
* Support our Learning Management System (LMSX), ensuring training compliance, managing course bookings, building new digital learning content, and troubleshooting system issues.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous administration experience supporting a busy team.
* Ability to manage time and workload effectively, working to deadlines with limited supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
* Ability to be dynamic, speedy and accurate whilst remaining calm under pressure.
