Responsibilities
* Provide a professional HR advisory service that supports managers to comply with best practice.
* Coaching and mentoring managers on people performance strategies and capability building.
* Guiding and supporting managers through the whole employee life cycle, recruitment to exit.
* Offering support and guidance with employee relations matters including formal investigations.
* Ensuring a fair and consistent application of policies and employment legislation.
* Using HR data to improve processes and service delivery.
* Act as first point of contact and provide excellent outcomes to employee queries.
* Support employee wellbeing initiatives.
