Artemis Human Capital delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, manufacturing business located in the Portadown area. This is a newly created position with a scaling business and an exciting time to join the team.
The role
* Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date cash records.
* Support the finance team with month-end tasks, including journal entries.
* Assist with tracking inventory costs and liaising with production on stock movements.
* Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment queries.
Person Specification
* Experience in a finance or accounts role, ideally within manufacturing.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Confident using accounting software and Excel.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* AAT qualified or currently studying towards an accounting qualification.
