As an integral member of the team, the Senior Analyst -or- Associate will support the Global Investors Group with investor relations/services, due diligence efforts and marketing materials. TheGlobal Investors Group(GIG) is responsible for the capital raising activities for all the funds and separate accounts in the portfolio. GIG also oversees all investor relations communication to both new and current investors. This role requires outstanding communication and analytical skills, people management talents, as well as successful experience working cross-functionally to provide timely, accurate and appropriate information to our investors.
* Prepare and track prospective investor DDQ’s, RFP’s and other prospective investor inquiries to ensure timely and accurate completion.
* This includes project managing, coordinating deadlines and scheduling meetings for the production of responses to RFPs/RFIs, producing and editing/reviewing responses, ensuring appropriate review/sign-off of documents by internal teams and managing a collection of standard proposal responses
* Assisting with tracking and completing external and internal requests.
* Create, edit, and maintain investor presentations and other marketing materials by making timely updates.
* Assist in developing and updating private placement memorandums and related materials.
* Work collaboratively with the investment team, accounting, finance, and compliance to respond to investor inquiries and to develop other materials.
* Facilitate completion of ad hoc investor requests.
* Support the Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams.
* Coordinate materials for upcoming investor meetings.
* Proactively assist the team with ongoing projects.
* Additional duties, as assigned.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in applicable experience in private equity real estate and/or investor relations.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Willing to work onsite full-time in the San Antonio office.
* Qualifications may warrant placement in different job title.
* Ability to manage multiple, parallel responsibilities.
* Ability to work with data.
* Ability to work with tight delivery deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Superior organizational skills and high level of attention to detail, accuracy, aptitude, poise, and maturity.
* Strong interpersonal abilities and possess a strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
