Overview
:
1. Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, adapted to meet individual SEN needs
2. Support students with SEMH to regulate behaviour and engage positively in learning
3. Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities and learning styles
4. Work closely with teaching assistants and SEN staff to support EHCP outcomes
5. Create a calm, safe, and consistent classroom environment
About You:
6. QTS is desirable but not essential
7. Experience working in SEN, SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings
8. Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
9. Calm, resilient, and adaptable teaching approach
