About the role
We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Administrator/ Office Support to join a busy team in Haydock. This is a varied role supporting day-to-day office operations and helping keep everything running smoothly. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, communication, and teamwork.
What you will be doing
1. Handling and organising paperwork related to deliveries and operations
2. Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
3. Supporting the stock control department with administrative tasks
4. Welcoming and assisting drivers at the office window
5. Taking bookings and enquiries via email and phone
6. Supporting the wider team with general office duties
What we are looking for
7. Previous admin experience is essential
8. Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic IT systems
9. Good communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
10. Organised with a proactive approach to work
11. A team player with a positive attitude
