Cleaning supervisor required to work for an education establishment in the Birmingham area. Supervise, support, and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high cleaning standards. Allocate daily tasks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels. Provide training for new staff and ongoing guidance for the team.
