What you'll do Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with annual statutory accounts. Own month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries. Liaise with external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes. Handle VAT returns, corporation tax calculations, and reporting. Support budgeting, variance analysis, and provide insightful financial commentary. What we're looking for Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) - ideal for those coming from audit. Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail. Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, SUMIF, LOOKUP). A proactive, inquisitive mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
