Land Coordinator – Major Infrastructure Programme
Birmingham (Hybrid – 3 days office/site)
£30 – £50 per hour (Inside IR35)

We’re looking for an experienced Land Coordinator to support a major UK infrastructure programme, acting as the key link between land teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll coordinate land activities, manage information flow, and ensure issues are escalated and resolved efficiently across multiple teams.
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Coordinating land acquisition, access & handback activities
✔ Acting as the central point of contact for land matters
✔ Supporting notices, utilities, and land rights processes
✔ Managing data, reporting, and GIS inputs
✔ Escalating risks and issues through governance routes
✔ Liaising with multiple stakeholders across complex interfaces
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience in land coordination or infrastructure project support
✔ Strong stakeholder and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good understanding of land processes in major projects
✔ Highly organised and proactive approach
