Post Title: Diving Coach – Level 2 Site Location: BH Live Active - The Quays, Southampton Salary: £12.95 per hour Contract Type: Casual The role: We are looking for qualified Level 2 Diving Coaches to join our team at BH Live Active – The Quays. Situated near Southampton Harbour, The Quays Swimming and Diving Centre is one of only four High Performance Centres for diving in the UK. There is a 10m diving board with an 18m diving pool, with public swim sessions and swimming lessons taking place in a separate 25m main pool. You will: Deliver safe, engaging and development appropriate diving sessions for athletes at beginner level Conduct and create diving training sessions and programs. Coach and support divers. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of divers at all times. Oversee the progress and development of divers. Maintain vigilance and adhere to pool safety procedures and risk assessments. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Mentor level 1 diving coaches. You will need: A Level 2 Driving Coach qualification. Knowledge of diving techniques and safety protocols. Ability to design and implement training programs. Satisfactory enhanced DBS clearance. BH Live is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
