The Role
To succeed in this role, you need a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. We seek a dynamic and positive individual to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Theatre team, developing excellent relationships with staff, consultants, and stakeholders.
They will help drive excellence in safety and quality of care and services, monitor achievements against standards, identify risks, and plan and implement improvements.
Location
Our hospital is located on the outskirts of Chelmsford with free onsite parking. We also have outreach clinics in Southend and Brentwood, providing access to consultants and diagnostics close to home. Our team includes over 200 experienced and qualified consultants, supported by skilled nursing staff and a 24-hour Resident Medical Officer.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
* Understanding of relevant clinical standards
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Proficient computer skills
* Registered with HCPC or NMC
