Duties
* Serves as a technical authority and senior project leader for network interface in installing, maintaining, modifying, and testing operating systems and/or all associated network software products.
* Manages complex troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to resolve critical issues quickly and effectively.
* Ensure operational standards are met.
* Provides ongoing senior level support, resolution of problems, and recovery of operating malfunctions involving various hardware components and software failures.
* Develops and maintains connectivity to other systems to ensure smooth operatin and data flow.
