Our client, one of the UK's top legal businesses, have an exciting Billing Assistant career opportunity where you will be based in a friendly, close knit revenue team and be responsible for drafting accurate and timely bills on behalf of fee earners across the firm. Your role will see you liaise with partners, fee earners and other stakeholders internally across the business, whilst working closely with other members of your team.
As a Billing Assistant, you role will involve:
* Drafting and issuing bills on behalf of fee earners in accordance with agreed parameters
* Collating necessary data to draft and issue bills and maintaining records of all bills due
* Working with fee earners to gain approval on drafts
* Ensuring necessary write offs or amendments are actioned
* Collating any documents to be issues with bills
