Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated EAL (English as an Additional Language) Support Assistants to join our bank of staff supporting secondary school pupils aged 11–16. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping pupils develop their English language skills and access the curriculum with confidence. The Role As an EAL Support Assistant, you will support pupils who speak English as an additional language, working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to develop their speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
