* Complete pre-start safety checks.
Food Safety Culture
* Everyone Contributes : Participate in meetings and training.

* Continual Improvement : Engage in audits and root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance on process and packaging equipment.
* Manage and record food safety risks.
* Troubleshoot breakdowns to minimise downtime.
* Support production efficiency.
* Maintain documentation (Pirana).
* Participate in machinery and systems projects.
* Identify and manage spares requirements.
* Operate safely and flexibly to meet business needs.
* Drive a lean, effective PPM system.
* Maintain technical records and equipment reliability data.
* Deliver a best-in-class workshop using 5S techniques.
* Undertake necessary training.
