We are looking for a professional, driven individual to join our fast-paced customer service team based in Bedford.
This full-time role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and LiveChat to provide high-quality support to customers.
Key Details:
Full time 37.5 hours/week
Shift: MondayFriday, 9am5pm
Temp to Perm
Smart/casual dress code

Experience in customer service (ideally in a call centre)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable working towards targets
Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
Able to work in-office 5 days a week
