ECT Primary Teachers Wanted – Teesside Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience across a range of primary schools while enjoying financial security? We are currently recruiting ECT Primary Teachers to work across schools throughout Teesside on a Guaranteed Work Scheme. Location: Teesside (must be willing to travel across the area) Position: Supply Primary Teacher (ECT) Pay: £520–£650 per week (Guaranteed Scheme) Start Date: Ongoing About the Guaranteed Work Scheme: If you are available to work 5 days per week, you will be guaranteed pay for 4 days each week – even if work is not available. This provides you with the flexibility of supply teaching alongside the security of consistent weekly income. The Role: Deliver engaging lessons across any primary year group (EYFS, KS1 or KS2) Adapt quickly to different school environments Follow school planning or deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently Maintain strong classroom management and positive learning environments Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs encouraged to apply A flexible and proactive approach Strong classroom management skills Good knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential) Willingness to teach across all year groups This is an excellent opportunity for ECTs looking to build experience across a variety of schools while benefiting from consistent, guaranteed weekly pay.
