We are looking for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our manufacturing site in Kinmel, North East Wales. This is a permanent position working on a 24/7 4 on 4 off, rotational days and nights.
On Offer:
* £14.97 per hour (including shift pay)
* 42 hours per week
* Monday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off - rotational days and nights (06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00)
* Paid last Friday of each month
Please note: There are no public transport routes to our factory, so you will need your own transport.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supply production with raw and packaging materials to maintain continuous operation
* Store finished goods from production until dispatch
* Unload incoming vehicles and store materials following acceptance and GRN generation
* Pick and assemble loads for dispatch and load outgoing vehicles
* Maintain safety standards and report hazards
* Ensure FLT fleet is operational and report damages
* Assist in training new colleagues and act as a buddy when needed
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in manufacturing or similar role
* Counterbalance / reach truck license
* Good literacy and numerical skills, able to communicate effectively in English
