Job summary We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Band 7 Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Clinical or Prescriber) to join our supportive and dynamic Mental Health Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team!This role will support the existing pharmacy service in the CRHT team. You'll integrate within the team as part of the multi-disciplinary approach, delivering medicines management services for patients as well as improving processes to reduce risks with medicines.
