They are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who shares a passion for excellence and is ready to grow into a leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual who enjoys varied, hands-on work and is looking to advance toward project leadership or workshop management.
Key Responsibilities
Craft bespoke, high-end cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
Skilled in veneering, machining, solid wood conversion, and traditional hand-tool techniques
Accurately interpret and work from technical drawings
Maintain full ownership of projects from inception to completion
Ensure a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment
Plan and manage project schedules
Coordinate with the buyer to manage materials and supplies
Supervise and support a small team to deliver projects on time and to spec
Skills & Experience
At least 3 years experience in cabinet making or a closely related field
Strong communicator with a solutions-driven, practical approach
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
A proactive, responsible attitude and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
