Manual Machinist Contek are working with one of our clients based in Hartlepool who are looking for 2 Manual Machinists to join their team. We are in need of one of each, a Manual Miller, and a Manual Turner due to an ever growing order book. We are open to recieving candidates on a full time or part time basis, if you are looking for a part time position to keep you busy during retirement, or you are looking for a busy working sub-con environment. Responsibilties: * Manual Machining working either conventional Mills or Lathes. * Work to customer specs ensuring work is within tolerance. * Work with your team to ensure work is finished on time and to the right quality. * Boring where needed (If you have experience to do so). Desired: * Manual Machinist experience such as Milling, Turning, Boring etc. * Ideally worked in a Toolroom environment or sub-con machine shop. * Apprenticeship served (Although not essential). * Open to working overtime where required Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 Friday 08:00 - 15:30 If this sounds like the role for you then please apply today, and I will be in touch shortly...
