Job description :
Key Purpose of the Job
To conduct and ensure all administration tasks related to key clients are completed within the set timeframes with a high level of accuracy.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Being the first point of contact for customers; liaising directly via e-mail and telephone.
* Developing relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.
* Responsible for monthly invoicing for the customer and assisting credit control on account queries.
* Working with National Account Managers to identify and resolve issues affecting customer service and account profitability.
* Updating databases and keeping information up to date; creating and closing down sites; logging and charging of calls.
* Liaising with various departments within the business to create reports on timescales, deadlines, and cost for the customer.
* Chasing Installation and Service departments to ensure jobs are completed within timeframes and Customer SLAs.
* Liaising with Customer Service to aid in resolving any customer complaints.
* Assisting Installation team by preparing Installation packs for key customers.
* Working with the account manager to ensure all service agreements are met.
* Updating Sentinel with Key Holder information.
* Providing annual leave cover for wider strategic accounts team when required.
* Performing any other reasonable requests from management.
* Ensuring health, safety and welfare of themselves and their team in accordance with the Kings Policy.
* Actively supporting company policy and best practice in security, with emphasis on protecting sensitive customer information.
* Understanding regulatory fair trading and competition rules related to their work and seeking specialist support when needed.
Requirements
Essential requirements for the job
* High level of numeracy accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Proactive approach to meeting the demands of key customers.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Ability to work on an individual basis as well as part of a team.
* Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical clients.
* Excellent written and spoken English language.
* Customer-facing skills in regular administration and invoicing reviews.
