This role is responsible for delivering regional sales performance within the industrial market, promoting piping, instrumentation, valves and actuation solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in regional or national sales management
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve revenue and margin targets
* Experience managing key accounts, distributors and customer relationships
* Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
* Experience managing budgets, forecasts and performance metrics
* Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Analytical and strategic thinking capability
* Working knowledge of technical or engineering products and terminology
* Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools
* Willingness to travel within the assigned region
* Based in the South West / East Anglia
Nice to Have
* Experience within industrial flow solutions or related industrial sectors
* Knowledge of supply chain processes and product specifications
* Experience working within high performing sales team
* Tender management and rebate negotiation experience
* Broader understanding of competitor landscape and market trends
