Apply now!Your duties will include:Supporting your portfolio of clients with the aim of delivering our strategic vision to aid business development.Building relationships with clients to gain a full understanding of how they work and how to resolve challenges that may arise from order creation to completion.Reporting and monitoring Key Performance indicators for your clients to identify and resolve root cause and trends for any failures.Working with client queries over the telephone and via email.Being attentive to our clients’ needs and ensuring you provide quick updates/responses to requests.Working with the network to resolve any challenges that have led to a failed delivery.Visiting clients, on occasion.The Ideal CandidateIf you are enthusiastic, friendly and have a passion to deliver great Customer Servicethen we would love to hear from you.
