The role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering at least one full end-to-end Endur implementation, covering front-to-back trading, risk, operations, and settlements. Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, including Heads of Trading, Operations, Risk, Finance, and IT. * Bridge business and technology using deep understanding of physical crude and refined products trading lifecycles. * Manage complex stakeholder environments with traders, operations teams, risk, finance, vendors, and offshore/onshore delivery teams. Functional & Domain Oversight Provide leadership and challenge across key Endur functional areas: Deal modelling, pricing formulas, and instrument configuration Market data and curves Risk valuation, PnL and exposure reporting Scheduling, logistics, and inventory Invoicing, settlements, and downstream accounting integration * Ensure solutions are aligned with target operating models, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Delivery Excellence & Assurance * Drive high-quality delivery using structured delivery methodologies (agile, hybrid, or waterfall as appropriate). * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, vendor performance, and delivery quality. * Oversee SIT, UAT, performance testing, and cutover planning, ensuring operational readiness across the business. * Mentor delivery leads, solution architects, and workstream managers.
