We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Bank Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to support the management team while ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our care.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
* Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
* Support the management team in maintaining high standards of care and education within the nursery.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.
* Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development as required.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and nursery procedures.
* Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
* A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
* Strong management and leadership skills to support the nursery team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to engage with children and parents.
* A valid driving licence may be required for certain roles within the nursery.
