Manufacturing Administrator – Northwich – Permanent
Manufacturing Administrator role in the heart of Northwich. This brand‑new position is designed to support the production process and ensure efficient, accurate records. The role supports the Manufacturing department by keeping paperwork, data and key information current, and works closely with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams as a central contact point for smooth operations.
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate production records and schedules, including batch paperwork.
* Enter, manage and analyse production and performance data.
* Share information between Production, Warehouse and Quality teams.
* Track materials, stock, PPE and consumables.
* Prepare information and notes for meetings and support meeting activities.
* Maintain training records and help organise training sessions.
* Support health and safety records such as incident reporting and corrective actions.
* Provide general day‑to‑day office and administrative support.
Qualifications and Experience
Fast‑paced, varied role ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented and confident working in a busy environment. Requires strong competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a manufacturing, production or operations environment, and familiarity with stock systems or databases, is highly desirable.
