Your new role
As CRM Delivery Director, you will lead a major CRM transformation programme, overseeing the successful implementation of a new platform across multiple business units. This role involves managing cross-functional delivery teams, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations. Key responsibilities include:
1. Owning the delivery roadmap, milestones, and risk management.
2. Coordinating product, engineering, QA, data, and supplier teams.
3. Leadingernance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
4. Driving adoption and change management across the organisation.
5. Championing continuous improvement and delivery discipline.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven leadership in large-scale CRM or platform transformation programmes.
7. Strong technical delivery background with experience in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
8. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including at executive level.
9. Experience managing third-party suppliers andplex dependencies.
10. Hands-on problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
11. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies.
