Service Delivery Manager
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK (Hybrid – Basingstoke or Dorking, 3 days a week minimum)
Employment Type: Full time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover)
What will you be doing?
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to act as a key liaison between IT functions and the business, ensuring the successful delivery of service across our organisation. You'll be a strong and credible technical subject matter expert, providing technical input within your area of responsibility and supporting project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain exceptional service support across internal IT teams and external third party suppliers.
* Ensure all service partners meet business needs and operate in line with published service expectations.
* Oversee service support and delivery processes to enable a seamless customer experience.
* Thrive in problem solving and demonstrate confidence working with ambiguity.
* Drive improvements through to full resolution with persistence and ownership.
* Manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders effectively.
* Monitor and manage service levels and supplier performance.
* Apply strong service reporting disciplines, including service management reporting and post incident reviews.
* Champion continuous improvement across all service support and delivery areas.
Note: Internally this role is titled Senior IT Service Manager
