Asset Strategy Data Officer
Full-time (35 hours) – part-time and flexible working patterns available. Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working.
Annual salary of £33,660 (FTE). Permanent role.

The role
We are looking for a dynamic Asset Strategy Data Officer to join the Asset Strategy team. As the role holder, you will support the asset management functions by providing support in key data‑related projects and processes to ensure the integrity of asset data in our systems. This is crucial in helping to understand and develop our future business plans, report on property performance and ultimately, to help make a difference to others.

The right fit
* Experienced individual with strong Excel skills to analyse, manipulate and reconcile large, complex datasets with confidence.
* Capable of quickly learning a range of housing systems and can easily pick up processes to undertake this role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work across delivering multiple tasks at the same time.
* Experience of working to set processes and procedures and contributing to a collaborative working approach across a range of departments.
* Excellent communicator who can build strong stakeholder relationships with the ability to agree prioritisation of work to meet key deadlines.

We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti‑social behaviour.
