Location and Working Hours
East Croydon. 37.5 hours per week, 9:00 am‑5:30 pm. Hybrid working available – 2 days home, 3 days office.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue, manage supplier relationships, and commercialise data‑led solutions across our intelligence platforms and bespoke insight projects.
* Report to the Commercial Strategy & Partnerships Manager (Insights & Retail Media) to support administrative processes, develop and manage the commercial pipeline, identify opportunities, and help deliver against ambitious income targets.
* Support revenue growth across Insights and Retail Media through effective pipeline management and supplier engagement.
* Assist in managing commercial opportunities from initial conversation through to delivery.
* Maintain accurate reporting and financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking.
* Support onboarding and delivery of data platforms.
* Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure effective execution of projects.
* Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring a high standard of delivery.
* Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
* 1–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role.
* Looking to step into a more revenue‑driven, commercial position.
* Desire to develop negotiation, client ownership, and commercial strategy skills.
* Interest in Insights and Retail Media – experience in retail, FMCG, data, or media is beneficial but not essential.
* Comfortable working with clients and contributing to revenue targets and growth.
