Management Accountant, Lincoln
Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a fast-growing manufacturer in Lincoln to recruit a Management Accountant. Reporting to the senior finance lead, this role plays a key part in delivering accurate management accounts and providing financial insight to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Cost and profitability analysis
* Inventory and stock control
* Supporting month-end processes
* Maintaining strong internal controls
* VAT compliance
* Continuous improvement of financial systems and processes
What you’ll need to succeed
* Part-qualified or qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
* Proven management accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
* Strong stock management expertise
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong analytical ability
* Confidence to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
* Living within a commutable distance of Lincoln (office-based)
