Job Description: As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in continued success.
You will be responsible for designing, analysing, and overseeing complex structural projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
Conduct structural analysis and design using industry-standard software.
Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
Prepare calculations, and reports, plus review engineering drawings.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members.
Participate in project meetings and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes and procedures.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Masters degree preferred.
Preferred Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it.
Proven experience as a Senior Structural Engineer in a consultancy setting.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
