Role Purpose
We’re on the lookout for Casual Event Supervisors who are passionate about making every moment unforgettable for our fans! You will oversee our Stewarding and Security casual crew within the safety and security operation of our events.
Responsibilities
Reporting to our Event Day Level Manager’s, you will be fan focused, provide an escalation point for casual teams which includes incident reporting and have responsibility for up to 20 team members. As a Casual Event Supervisor, you will take responsibility for ingress and egress of fans, staff feedback/development during events escalating such to Level Managers, leading on area staffing deployments and stand‑downs and be an initial point of contact for guests.

Salary: £13.72ph
Please note this role is offered on a variable shift pattern, supporting our events, therefore weekend and late evenings are required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Stadium or arena stewarding and/or Security supervisory experience.
* SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection License.
* Willing to work towards and achieve NVQ Level 3 Spectator Safety Management.
* Management of casual teams.
* Dispute / conflict management experience.
* A great supervisor, who can make things happen.
* An infectious can‑do approach.
* A passion to deliver the best fan experience through your teams.
* Thrives when it's buzzing and shows resilience in getting things done.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience already working as a Steward or in a live entertainment setting.
* A proactive, can‑do attitude.
* A love for live entertainment.
* NVQ Level 3 in Spectator Safety Management.
* ACT e‑learning.
* SCaN Awareness.
