We have a new position available for an experienced Receptionist/Support within our Farm team!

The successful candidate should be experienced in front-facing reception duties, providing support to vets and clients, and able to work under pressure within a motivated team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to varied daily requirements is essential.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 6:00pm on a rota basis.


Our ideal candidate

Should be experienced in reception duties with excellent communication skills. The role involves being the friendly face and voice of MBM Farm, acting as the first point of contact for our farm clients and vets. Additionally, the role requires delivering medicines to our MBM branch practices, so a full UK driving license is necessary.


Duties will include:

* Coordination of the farm diary
* Processing farm medicine orders
* Driving farm central delivery service
* Completing farm month-end processes on PMS
* Entering TB test data, Dairymate data, and generating Total Vet reports
* Managing antibiotic stock
* Performing administrative and reception duties as required
* Stock management and control of farm products and medicines, considering seasonality
* Medicine order deliveries

Livestock knowledge is desirable.
