Role Overview
In this role as Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the health, well‑being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate support with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care—always with dignity and respect.
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, and occasional shopping to help maintain a comfortable home environment.
* Support with medication routines, ensuring individuals receive the right help at the right time, with full training provided.
* Offer meaningful companionship, bringing warmth, reassurance, and social interaction to brighten someone's day.
Ideal Candidate
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high‑quality care and support.
* Reliable and honest team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure accurate record‑keeping.
* Previous experience in care, hospitality, retail, or customer service is welcomed, but not essential—we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Salary and Hours
Salary: £13 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.21 per hour
Hours: 6am–2pm and 3pm–10pm
Locations: HU8, HU9 and HU11
Roles available for both drivers and walking routes
No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
