Turning disputes into strategic advantage for business owners & investors | Strategic Commercial Litigator | Managing Director, Witan Solicitors
The Firm
Witan Solicitors is a specialist litigation firm based in Birmingham. We handle complex, high‑value disputes in civil litigation, commercial law, insolvency, employment, and family law, often in the High Court.
We’re a small, focused team, so everyone is hands‑on and close to the work.
The Role
We’re hiring a Litigation Paralegal who will have a dual‑role position ideal for a graduate looking to break into litigation and prove themselves quickly. You’ll support a small team of lawyers while also handling paralegal tasks from the outset.

This role is not suitable for someone looking for extensive training or constant supervision. You’ll be expected to pick things up quickly, use your initiative, and add value fast.
