Looking to recruit a Trade Scheduler on a 12 month FTC / Secondment.

As aTrade Scheduler, you will be working within our maintenance and repairs team to coordinate the diaries of trade operatives, ensuring that repairs and servicing appointments are managed efficiently and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and schedule operatives diaries to meet appointment commitments
2. Liaise with customers and operatives to arrange and rearrange appointments
3. Prioritise and plan emergency and overdue jobs to meet target timescales
4. Ensure operatives are equipped with correct materials and logical routes
5. Backfill schedules with planned works to maintain productivity
