Counsellor
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) delivers an NHS Talking Therapies service. An opportunity has arisen for a qualified counsellor Band 5 or Band 6 to join the Lincolnshire Talking Therapies service based in Spalding, with potential coverage of alternative bases to meet service need.
We provide evidence‑based interventions within a stepped care model, treating people with mild to moderate common mental health problems. This role is part of a major national service that has fundamentally changed the way in which psychological treatments are provided.

Responsibilities:
* Provide counselling for depression as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Hold a clinical caseload and receive clinical supervision.
* For Band 5: receive training to gain a qualification in a Talking Therapies modality (PCE‑CfD).
* For Band 6: hold a caseload, be accredited with a professional body, complete and pass a qualification in PCE‑CfD, and provide supervision to counselling colleagues.
Qualifications: Qualified counsellor (Band 5 or Band 6), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork ability, and competence with clinical systems.
