Vetro Education is currently recruiting for a Welsh Medium Teaching Assistant to support primary schools across the Swansea area. This role will involve working with pupils across the Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2, with a particular focus on supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Additional Learning Needs (ALN). This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Welsh speaker who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to providing high-quality support to children with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN/ALN through the medium of Welsh. * Collaborate with class teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies. * Assist in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils. * Support learners with a range of additional needs, including behavioural, emotional, and sensory processing difficulties. * Help to monitor and record student progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff. * Adapt learning materials and classroom resources to meet individual pupil requirements.
