The restaurant manager we are looking for will have a high volume fast paced branded high street restaurant/quick service background with the ability to manage large teams, customer service and further drive sales.
RESTAURANT MANAGER - IS THIS YOU?
* Experience as a restaurant manager in a branded high street business - high volume and fast paced
* Passion for high quality food and drink & exceptional customer service
* A hands-on lead from the front approach and a real eye for detail
* A strong people manager with the ability to train & motivate a team to deliver results
* An understanding of cost controls
* Sales building
RESTAURANT MANAGER - YOU WILL:
* Manage day to day operations alongside the GM and Deputy GM
* Train, lead, coach, motivate and develop your team
* Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front
* Maintain high standards of customer service
* Drive sales to maximise profitability
