Their mission: empower UK SMBs with enterprise-grade financial solutions in lending, FX risk management and payments, delivered through expert relationship management.
Location
Remote across the UK. Occasional (monthly) travel to a central London office is required.
Role Overview
We are searching for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to prospect, book meetings and drive event attendance with high-value decision makers. You’ll represent an Fintech brand, helping SMEs and enterprise merchants access cutting-edge payments, FX, acquiring and lending services. The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented self-starter, experienced in autonomy and cold calling, and confident building relationships with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with SME and enterprise leads for senior sales to convert
* Create and execute outreach campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Build strong, lasting relationships with decision makers in target sectors
* Collaborate with marketing/commercial teams, feedback on campaigns and help deliver prospect events
* Achieve/exceed meeting and event attendance targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
* Track outreach activities and maintain accurate CRM records
* Understand and educate prospects about the pain points our client solves
What’s Offered
* £30,000 base salary (pro-rated to term time, ~£18,000)
* Uncapped bonus (£100 per qualified meeting/event booked and attended by prospects opening an account)
* Term time hours: 9am-3pm weekdays, flex available
* Full sales support – lead data, playbooks, training
* Clear route to progress to Business Development Manager (based on performance)
